At RescueFund, we dream of an empowered community united to reducing and eradicating pet overpopulation and suffering, while embracing every animal’s value and it's importance in maintaining the delicate balance of our ecosystems and human well-being.

MISSION:

RescueFund brings experience and passionate energy to reduce animal suffering by broadening and accelerating:

fundraising for a robust and united Spay & Neuter program to counteract pet overpopulation in Carteret County;x
an all-encompassing animal Education Center for the Outer Banks Wildlife Shelter, and
animal shelter adoption and support.

OUR ROOTS

Joyce Clear established RescueFund in the Spring of 2024 with an effort to reduce animal suffering by broadening the fundraising pool in and outside of the Carteret County.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

We strive to reduce overpopulation of domestic animals, enrich the lives of homeless animals while they find their forever homes and educate, educate, educate.

The team continues to grow with more and more people in the communithy lending a helping hand.

In addition, our team of dedicated volunteers are paramount to our success and continues to grow as well.
